Sean Brennan, CFP®

Sean Brennan, CFP® has been working in the financial services industry for more than 10 years. Before joining Northstar in 2008, Sean worked for Boston based Putnam Investments, beginning as a Regional Marketing Associate, and eventually rising to the position of Vice President and manager of the Retirement Consulting team. Sean’s experience adds depth to Northstar and its ability to serve clients with excellence. Prior to Putnam, Sean spent 5 years as a salesperson with Georgia-Pacific Corporation, calling on business owners in the wholesale building materials industry. His years with Georgia-Pacific helped Sean develop a strong understanding of the needs and ambitions of small to mid-sized business owners.

Sean studied financial planning at Boston University and Merrimack College, and successfully completed the comprehensive CFP Board exam in 2000. An avid student of investments and wealth management, Sean recently passed the Level I exam of the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst program. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Finance.

Sean and his wife Alicia, live in Derry NH with their 2 children, 4-year old Luke and 2- year old Kate. Sean enjoys travel, time with family, and entertaining friends.
