Alexa F. Darbe, CFP®

Alexa Darbe, CFP® has been helping clients build a better future with good financial life planning and investment advice since 2000. She is a Financial Counselor with Northstar Financial Planning, Inc. and earned her license as a Certified Financial Planner® professional in 2001.

Alexa provides fee-only personal financial planning and wealth management services for Northstar clients in Northern New England and throughout the United States. Her primary focus is on investment analysis and wealth management strategy development.

Prior to joining Northstar, Alexa spent seven years at First Financial Trust in Newton, Massachusetts. As an Assistant Vice President, Financial Planner and Investment Officer, she worked with over 100 clients providing both investment management services and fee-only financial planning. Previously, she was a financial analyst at a software company where she developed financial planning software.

Alexa is a graduate of Tufts University with a major in psychology and minor in mathematics. She also attended Boston University's Program for Financial Planners and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Alexa lives in Hudson, New Hampshire with her husband, Eric, and son, Christopher, who was born in the fall of 2006. When she isn’t playing with Christopher, Alexa enjoys skiing, practicing yoga, watching the Red Sox, and eating her husband’s delicious cooking.
